Delete your account
You can permanently delete your GYMTROX account and personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by sending us a request here on the web.
Option 1
In the GYMTROX app
- 1Open the GYMTROX app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- 3Pick a reason, type DELETE to confirm, then tap “Delete account permanently”.
Option 2
Request it on the web
Can’t access the app? Send a deletion request from your registered email and we’ll verify it’s you and remove your account.

What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We remove:
- Profile and account details — name, email, phone, photo
- Workout, body and nutrition logs
- Check-in history and day streaks
- TROX points balance and reward redemptions
- Package and purchase history linked to your account
What we’re required to keep
Financial & tax records
Invoices and payment records are kept only for the period required by law, then permanently deleted.
Fraud & security logs
A minimal, anonymised record needed to prevent abuse may be retained — it cannot be tied back to you.
