1. Scope
This policy explains how we deliver physical shop orders and how digital services (gym memberships and day passes) are activated after payment with GYMTROX (Pvt) Ltd.
2. Delivery charges
Shop orders are delivered for a flat Rs 199 anywhere we serve, and delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000. Applicable taxes (GST) are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Delivery times
Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is confirmed). Standard delivery is 2–4 business days to major cities; remote areas may take a little longer. You will see the expected window at checkout.
4. Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. Some remote locations may be served by Cash on Delivery only.
5. Order tracking
Every order has a reference number (the PNR / invoice number on your receipt). We send dispatch and delivery updates by SMS and email. You can also view your orders under Purchases in your account.
6. Membership & service activation
Gym memberships, day passes and digital services involve no physical shipment. Access is activated instantly on successful payment — your package appears in the app and web app immediately and your QR check-in works right away. Pay-on-arrival packages are reserved at checkout and activate when you pay at the gym desk.
7. Failed or delayed delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct — incorrect details are the most common cause of delays. If a courier cannot reach you, we will attempt re-delivery; undeliverable orders are returned and refunded per our Return & refund policy.
