1. Who we are
GYMTROX (Pvt) Ltd ("GYMTROX", "we") operates the GYMTROX mobile app, web app and gym management dashboard. These terms govern your use of all of them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials private — check-ins and purchases made from your account are yours. One account per person; gym staff accounts are issued by the gym owner.
3. Memberships & payments
Package prices are set by partner gyms and shown in PKR including any platform fee. Payments are processed by licensed providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, cards). Your contract for gym access is with the partner gym; GYMTROX facilitates the purchase and check-in.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Unused day passes are refundable within 7 days. Monthly and longer packages follow the partner gym's refund policy shown at checkout. Manual packages tracked in the app involve no payment through GYMTROX and are not refundable by us.
5. QR check-in & fair use
Check-in codes rotate and are tied to your account and location. Sharing codes, checking in for someone else, or tampering with the scanner voids streaks and TROX earned and may suspend your account.
6. TROX rewards
TROX points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and expire 12 months after they are earned. Reward stock and partner offers can change. Fraudulent activity forfeits all points.
7. Health disclaimer
GYMTROX provides training and nutrition tools for information only — it is not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting a program, especially with a medical condition.
8. Content & conduct
You own what you post (PR clips, reviews); you give us a license to display it in the app. No harassment, spam, or fake reviews. Gym ratings must reflect a real visit.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice and a right to appeal at legal@gymtrox.com.
10. Changes & governing law
We'll notify you in-app 14 days before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
