Biometric attendance machine price in Pakistan (2026)
Retail price ranges for fingerprint and face machines, turnstiles and the parts people forget, checked at Pakistani retailers in November 2026.

"How much is a biometric machine?" has a short answer and a useful one. The short answer: from about Rs 13,000 for a basic fingerprint unit to Rs 90,000 or more for a fast face terminal. The useful answer depends on what you need it to do, because a gym that wants the door to keep out unpaid members needs more than the machine alone.
The prices below are retail ranges listed by public Pakistani online retailers in November 2026. They move with the dollar rate and with stock, several listings were sold out, and they are not GYMTROX's prices. Use them as a budget guide and get a current quote before you buy.
Fingerprint attendance machines
- Basic fingerprint clocks (ZKTeco K40, K50 and similar): roughly Rs 13,000 to Rs 16,000.
- What you get: fingerprint, PIN and often a card reader, with a small screen and staff-style attendance.
- Watch out: some entry-level units cannot connect to cloud software. They have Ethernet or USB but no Cloud Server or ADMS menu, so they cannot stay in step with memberships. If the machine is for a gym, check the communication menu before you buy.
Face and fingerprint machines
- Entry-level face and fingerprint terminals (ZKTeco MB-460, SenseFace 4A and similar): roughly Rs 40,000 to Rs 46,000.
- Multi-biometric and larger face terminals (ZKTeco G3, SpeedFace V5L and similar): roughly Rs 53,000 to Rs 92,000, depending on the model and the listing.
- Several models we recommend for gyms, such as the SenseFace 2A, SenseFace 3A and SenseFace M2F-LR, are usually sold on quotation rather than listed with a price.

Turnstiles and door hardware
- Tripod turnstiles (ZKTeco TS1000 Plus, TS2033 and similar): roughly Rs 1.05 lakh to Rs 1.25 lakh per lane at retail.
- Flap barriers and swing gates: usually sold on quotation, and more than a tripod.
- Magnetic lock, bracket, exit button and lock power supply for a glass or wooden door: a small part of the total next to the reader, but budget for all four, not just the lock.
See tripod vs flap barrier vs swing gate to choose the right barrier.
The costs people forget
- Installation and wiring: cable from the router to the door, conduit, and connecting the lock or turnstile. Long cable runs and glass doors cost more.
- A UPS for the reader, lock and router, so load-shedding does not leave members locked in or out.
- RFID cards or fobs for members who cannot use fingerprints.
- Software. The machine's own attendance software records punches. Keeping the door in step with memberships needs gym software with reader sync, which is usually a monthly subscription.
- A second reader if you want to record exits as well as entries.
Example setups to budget for
- Small gym, one door, magnetic lock: one face and fingerprint reader, a magnetic lock set, cabling, a UPS and installation.
- Medium gym, turnstile entry: a tripod turnstile, a fast face terminal on the entry side, a second reader for exits if you want them, a swing gate for accessibility, cabling, a UPS and installation.
- Large club or several branches: turnstiles plus readers on staff and store-room doors, the same reader model at every branch, and software that keeps every branch in step.
Because the reader is often less than half of the total, comparing machine prices alone is misleading. Ask every supplier for an itemised quote that covers the reader, lock or turnstile, cabling, UPS, installation and software.
Cheap machine or the right machine?
A Rs 15,000 fingerprint clock that cannot sync with memberships will admit every member ever enrolled until someone deletes them by hand. For a gym, a few unpaid regulars training free for a month usually cost more than the difference between a basic clock and a cloud-ready terminal. Read how to block expired gym members automatically before you decide.
Warranty, spares and the dollar rate
- Who honours the warranty. Ask whether the seller handles repairs locally or the unit has to go back to an importer. A long wait for a repair leaves the door without a reader.
- Spares for the same model. If a reader fails after a year, you want the same model again so faces and fingerprints still copy between doors. Popular models are easier to replace.
- Prices move with the dollar. Biometric hardware is imported, so a quote is usually valid only for a short time. Check its validity date before you plan around it.
- Unusually low prices. A very cheap unit can mean older firmware or stock meant for another market. Ask for the firmware version and check the Cloud Server menu on the actual unit.
What to confirm with any seller
- The exact model and variant, and its face, fingerprint and card capacity.
- That it has a Cloud Server or ADMS setting, if you want gym software to manage it.
- The card type: 125 kHz EM or 13.56 MHz Mifare.
- The warranty period and where repairs are done.
- Whether installation, cabling and the lock or turnstile are included in the price.

What is the price of a face attendance machine in Pakistan?
Entry-level face and fingerprint terminals such as the ZKTeco MB-460 and SenseFace 4A were listed at roughly Rs 40,000 to Rs 46,000 in November 2026. Larger multi-biometric and fast face terminals such as the G3 and SpeedFace V5L ranged from about Rs 53,000 to Rs 92,000.

ZKTeco tripod turnstiles such as the TS1000 Plus and TS2033 were listed at roughly Rs 1.05 lakh to Rs 1.25 lakh per lane in November 2026, before the reader, cabling and installation. Flap barriers and swing gates are usually sold on quotation.
Why do biometric machine prices differ between sellers?
Prices move with the dollar rate, stock and the exact variant, and quotes differ in what they include: warranty, cards, the lock or turnstile, cabling and installation. Always compare itemised quotes.
Is a cheap fingerprint machine enough for a gym?
Only if it has a Cloud Server or ADMS setting and is connected to software that removes lapsed members. A basic clock that cannot sync keeps admitting everyone ever enrolled, which usually costs a gym more than the price difference.
Does GYMTROX publish its prices?
No. Every gym has different doors, cable runs and member numbers, so we send an itemised quote. Message us on WhatsApp with your doors, member count and city.
